Head in the clouds

Today is a good day.

A little background on me... I'm a professional photographer based in Melbourne, and I specialise in live music photojournalism.
I recently contacted one of my favourite bands, who are based in the US, because their new album isn't available here, and it's one of those MUST haves.
I got a lovely message back from the vocalist (who I majorly lust over) as well as his wife. Both thanked me for my contact and support if the band, and told me I rock! Nice feeling. They've been considering an Australian tour, so I am a handy contact (their words, not mine) and will be helping them secure great venues if/when it happens... And of course, I get to do the job I love, and photograph them while they do the job they love.
