High Jump!

It's very late and it's been a full on day so this is a quick upload.  We have been training at Uath Lochan and Inshriach today.  The juniors have practised their compass work, their pacing and their aiming-off skills then the afternoon was a distraction exercise designed to help them focus on their own runs.
