Stepsisters

105 Days to go!!  Only 105 days to go before the "Stepsisters" climb the Eureka Tower............but who's counting!!

I just wanted to share the logo that will feature on our T shirts and fundraising literature when Debbie and I climb the Eureka Tower on the 13th of November.  I have to thanks my blip buddy Jen of Newcastle Downunder fame for coming to our rescue and turning a very bland black and white logo into this wonderful kaleidoscope of colour.  Thanks Jen, you're a real brick :-)

All of a sudden this is becoming very real and I am now counting down to the day when we will stand at the bottom the 88 floor building together and realise we have 1642 steps to climb before we reach the top.  

I'm going to dive into my archive of photos over the next few days and locate some of the images that were taken when I had the great privilege of accompanying an Interplast medical team to Fiji in October 2011.  I still feel very emotional when I recall those few life changing days spent with the team.  I will add some as extras so that you can see why we're so happy to be doing the climb on their behalf.

PS - This little cartoon character was created from me in the mid 1990's when I ran a walking business in Sydney.  It was CCN who reminded me about her and I hope you'll agree it's a great logo for the "Stepsisters".
