Moka siphon

This is a curiosity of my Dad's. It's the bottom half of a moka pot with a sort of siphon tap on top instead of the more usual coffee collection chamber. It's made of beautiful high quality stainless steel instead of the moka pot's more usual aluminium. I've never seen another one. A mystery.
