Flying Nelson!

I accompanied Emma and her mum to a show today. Nelson was entered into two classes. I think the jumps in the first class were too low for him and he got careless, knocking a pole off the second to last fence, which was a pity as he was well in the time needed to win. He was then in the next but one class along, where the jumps were a bit higher, so his concentration was kept inline and he won easily!

On Facebook I'd posted a 'selfie' of Nelson, Emma and me, then added a shot of him back in the trailer wearing his rosette. When I looked later, Emma had added a little video of him back home, in the little paddock he's currently eating off, which is bordered by a field that the dairy cows are grazing. The cows had come over to see him at the fence and one of them was busy licking him, which he was obviously enjoying! Such a diva!
