Waiting For the Secret

Sometimes when you wait for something really exciting, time goes so slowly a snail would beat it and it feels like ages until it's finally going to happen. My paw calendar only has a few days left to cross out now, and THIS is how happy I feel when I think about the Secret! Pig is in on it, and helps me by playing away a few - a lot of - minutes every now and then.

We were also up in the forest today. It has now been so dry, with no rain for weeks and weeks, that the bilberries shrivel up instead of being big and juicy. I still love them, but they are harder for me to pick when they're tiny.
