This is me in silhouette mode, hahahaha!

This vegetable is called kang-kong English name water spinach and is a leafy vegetable in south east Asia and found in the fresh water in china!
I love it as it goes well with soup, stir fry and even just boiling them. They are a good source of healthy food for fisherman just like me! Hahaha just kidding aside!
