Hello Deer

This was just the best welcome I've had to work in the morning!

I've caught fleeting glimpses of them some days but they've always darted quickly off into the woods but today I got lucky.

Parking the car I noticed something at the edge of the tree line and thought that's a pretty big rabbit and then realised what it was. One at first which headed quickly back into the trees.

I sat as still as I could whilst trying to get my camera out and was rewarded with a female and two young. They all looked in great shape and were getting closer and closer but bolted as soon as Alex and Liam drew up in their car........ you can't really blame them, Fifers!
