Dried Iris

Today’s image is of a dried Iris

The Iris was originally picked and photographed as a dying flower head (12th June). I then froze it in ice for the next image (2nd July), and again as it thawed out (7th July). It was then taken out of the water and placed on a piece of slate (20th July), which now leads to today's image., when it has dried out.
