Old Town Shanghai

Said 'goodbye' to Guilin and 'hello' to Shanghai. I know I'm repeating myself but jings, it's hot!
Met up with Sally again and took the customary tourist stroll along the Bund before catching a ferry across the river to Pudong and going up one of the skyscrapers just before they all started to light up for the night. Pretty impressive but not as impressive as the Grand Hyatt hotel's atrium on the 56th floor. Now that was stunning! Pity we're not staying there!!

Our dinner jinx is back; were in a terrific looking place but left it for somewhere 'better'. Bad move, the dumplings were bowf. Never mind, we've got beer and crisps for a pre-bed snack.
