Derelict Farm

This is only a small portion of the farm with a house and other buildings that has been standing empty for many years. The story is a local business man was wanting to buy it, but due to legal documents and the deeds from previous owners the sale never happened.
It's situated in a beautiful area and looks a eyesore - such a shame it's rotting away.
