When you live in an area dominated by forest plantations, you notice new vistas as they open up.

This picture is of a new view from the B836 , looking across Loch Striven to the Ardtaraig Estate.    Ardtaraig House is now very visible, or would be were it not for the mist that was blowing in from the Kyles of Bute this evening.
