View from the Top

For tonight's summer Camera Club Evening I had arranged for us to go to the top of the Council Office block in Aylesbury.  As towers go, it's not that high but it's the tallest building we have. Despite the gloomy skies we got a reasonable view although it was quite tricky to get a decent view without a parapet getting in the way.  The dozen of us that had ventured out were allowed to go right to the top though, so an interesting experience.  My blip shows the railway line stretching out towards Stoke Mandeville and it's a challenge to identify some of the other buildings.

I had already shot a close-up of a Rudbekia flower head so I will pop one in as an extra - 105mm macro lens + extension tubes.
