Small, Really Small

My good friend mentioned the other day that the apartment in her 2 family house is empty. Although it would be much smaller than our current place, it would save us a lot of money, so we decided to check it out. The place is in good condition & the location is ideal (set in a very nice town, walking distance to most places we would need to go, and closer to our families). My friend is one of the nicest people I know and her grown & nearly grown children seem to really like Bob. So we would have a good neighbor and landlord.

But it is small, really small. We would have to get rid of most of our stuff (which we have been talking about anyway because we have collected too much stuff over the years). Our only real worry is whether Bob would have enough indoor and outdoor room to play.

Here is James' plan for our bedroom and the living room. I think it will work.

Thursday we look at another place that is about the same price for comparison.
