Slalom Racing

The curbs and cross-walks have been freshly painted so cones have been set up to protect the paint until it dries.  This happens every year before the start of school (which isn't that far away).  The paint dries in a couple hours, and the cones will be gone, but it's strange and a little scary to see the traffic move so erratically.
