Cold day, but the baby squeals with delight when we put on warm clothes, and drag the stroller out. After the picture taking, we sat on a bench while she drank a bottle and babbled to me. A very pleasant interlude in a hectic and trying day (still sick, lost the cell phone, tripped and pulled a muscle, missed connections with my daughter resulting in many hurt feelings). Sigh..., Still overall so much to be thankful for. I came home to a warm house, with water, dogs and cats, enough food for all of us and so much beauty in the world to see and photograph.
