After seemingly weeks of painting, decluttering and cleaning, the end is in sight. Most proud of repairing the huge 2mx1m hole in the old lath & plaster bedroom ceiling after it collapsed earlier this year.

Went through two IFAs trying to find an alternative to selling, but no such luck. So once the last bit of tidying is done this week, it's on to finding a decent estate agent.
