Frantic training still going on for the AOG Triathlon consisting of Flying, Swimming and Walking, the troubles were caused by the seagulls not lining up fairly, they kept pushing the smaller entrants out of line.
Lexi and I fed them all a hearty breakfast after training and they promised to keep practicing. The safety boats were positioned at the finish line on the other side of the lake and stayed there until training had finished.
