Another late night.

We were at the house till almost ten this evening and managed to get quite a bit done. Dad has done a bit of wiring, but the main thing he did was fit another window board as the one in the hall fitted by the window company was crooked and too deep. It was a bit of a faff as the board they had put in couldn't come out so Dad basically had to cut it away, put the new board on top and then bodge plasterboard over it - he has done a fab job! Stu has secured the last bit of stud and track and we have insulated it ready for boarding. We have used every last bit of insulation so Dad ordered bang on.
The photo shows dad cutting the window board to size in our freshly plasterboarded kitchen/downstairs toilet! The stripy thing is our stairs covered in a bed sheet which the builders seem to be using as a table. We better get them fitted soon before they get damaged!
