Sunset in Pennsylvania

This was the sunset at our stopping hotel last night at Grantville, Pennsylvania, which is just east of Harrisburg.   First sunset shot I have gotten in a long time!

The extra is the bridge we had to cross to get to the restaurant where we had a seafood supper.  At this point, we were in Portsmouth, New Hampshire but across the bridge is Kittery, Maine, where the restaurant was next to the bridge facing the water.   We had to wait for the bridge to open up to let a sailboat go by.  This was the first time I had seen a bridge slide up using hydraulics instead of opening up as a drawbridge.
When we came back across, the bridge lit up in blue..I tried to get a photo out the window but it ended up as an abstract!   I included it in the extras..it really represented my state of mind after riding a bus for 10 hours when the ride should have been 8 hours..traffic was horrendous!  The bus driver is a saint!

Tomorrow, on to Machias, Maine for a restful day..just a short drive and some sightseeing.  Crossing into Canada on Friday!
