Yes it is!

'All work and no play', plus the Olympics, plus being on holiday, means that I've not had much of a chance to hook up with friends. Today was different. It's been super productive: I was in work briefly early doors, then the last 2 boxes of junk were emptied and sorted just in time to join in on an 'at-home-thanks-to-ramadan' brunch with Lou & Jo (and baby Brodie). And the best bit was that Lou lives in the building I'm now in!! I only had to ride the lift, 9 floors. Happy days.

And as if that wasn't' enough, after all that (including a couple of glasses of wine) hubby and me scooted along to a mall to get a few last things for the apartment. Think that's us 99.91% sorted.

This slate heart was a birthday pressie from Lou, and it hangs proudly in my new kitchen. She's sweetly written a message on it, and I don't have the heart to rub it off!
