More Southern Fried

Up at the crack of dawn! Headed into town for breakfast then some shopping, home for lunch and then back into town, pick up nine which was getting a service and was so amazingly clean and oiled that I didn't recognise it! Put it on the car as we headed for another concert. This time is was one of my all time favourite female singer songwriters Gretchen Peters, third time I've seen her. She was performing this time in the North Church at 2pm... We had to queue up outside for seating but got a good seat at the side pews. She was fabulous, as usual. She told us that come November she may move to Scotland, depending on the outcome of the election! Another American that sees Trump as an embarrassment to America!

After the concert we walked along to the concert hall as there was a stage set up outside for a variety of acts to perform. There was food from the Deep South of America so we had some as we listened to that for a while. Later up to mum's with her shopping and then home for a quick episode of NYPD Blue which we are revisiting and enjoying (particularly me watching John Kelly). Remembering how much I liked david Caruso back in the 90s.
