The downs after the ups

Again I have been glued to the box, these Olympics have been stopping me from doing anything, and i like it, lol.

More golds today, the rowing was great and the cycling was amazing, but then came the lows. This image is of my two sprogs and my brother in law watching Rebecca Adlington coming in 3rd. Yes we were very disappointed, but you cant do anything but your best, and that is what she did. But overall it has been a very dissapointing time in the Aquatic centre this time, lets hope we can improve in the stadium.
