Four Go Adventuring...

My alarm went off for the first time in almost 2 weeks at 7am. It was a shock. Not a good shock either. After a couple of 'snoozes' I got up at 7.30, showered, dressed and woke all 4 children. We made it to Truro station on time and left Bella to go off to Plymouth with the Guides.

A detour via Sainsburys to get day out stuff and off we went. First stop was Malpas play park where a children's play session thing was going on. We had a look around but Ally and Lily decided it wasn't for them, so after a good play in the playground and a quick go on the merry-go-round, we hit the road...

Next stop was St Mawes. We had an explore, then a picnic, a couple of games of 'Block123' and then we legged it when a heavy shower hit...

We came back via the King Harry ferry, which was terribly exciting. I have promised a return ferry trip but we will park up at Trelisdick and go back and forth for free as foot passengers in the future...

Our last stop was Trelissick, a frequently visited haunt of ours. We had a wander round the grounds, bad tempered tree climbing don't go up if you can't get back down and an ice cream.

A grand day out adventuring!
