Dripping wet

The first of the white Hosta flowers and me.  I got caught in one of the many really heavy showers today  –  the upside of the day is at least no more washing can go out so the ironing basket remains at its same dangerously overflowing level, and I’ve purchased a replacement ironing board, so no more excuses.

Despite all this very damp weather the snails and slugs have stayed away from the Hosta plants this year?
