Untidy Town Competition - Runner Up 2016

Aw, bollix. 
Dun Laoghaire missed the Untidy Town title by a whisker. 
The council had pushed the boat out this year, by ordering 500 more diseased flying rats to sprinkle here and there.

But some muppet literally destroyed the overall effect of dirt and desolation by dumping flower arrangements in public areas. 

What an eyesore. 

Hope the culprit is found and prosecuted. 

The winner of the Untidy Town title is this year again Drogheda. 
Their dried vomit manhole covers were a big hit, but the cherry on the cake was the bat guano-fertilised nettles baskets in the kiddies' playground. 

Lucky bastards.
