Sick Bed Silhouette

I had an awful night, think I must have picked up a virus at the pool. Sore throat, cough, nausea and a temperature. :(

I've been languishing on the sofa all day. I forced myself to take Jazzy for a little trot. I usually push myself through brakes and briars without a thought. Today I was as weak as a kitten and could hardly put one foot in front of the other. Our rough and overgrown terrain just got on my nerves.

I usually take my long and macro lens with me and never worry about the weight. I left the long behind and got the above shot of Jack heron with the macro at bug settings. Can you tell that it's an emergency blip? :)
