Evening in the garden

At this time of year when the temperature during the daytime is more than 30°C we wait till evening to go to the garden, to water the plants, to pick tomatoes, peppers and aubergines, to eat a salad for supper in the cooler air, and to enjoy the evening light. These sweetcorn plants are over now and we should clear the ground soon, but I like them as they are.
