PIEROGI

That's our chef from Nibyland.
His name is Krzysztof (Christopher :) and he loves "Sweet home Alabama" song, which he sings all the time. But his not from there- for sure .

That day he was making PIEROGI that very Polish dish, which every Polish LOVES!

On the shot just a part of all making process but I liked it with all this hot air around.

Pierogi were delicious!

Ps. Krzysztof promised me to give a recipe for a lovely apple pie he does in our nursery. This weekend I'll be a star of apple pie!
