RHS Summer Flower Show

Despite my aches and pains, I managed to get to RHS Hyde Hall with my parents today as it was day two of the RHS Summer Flower Show.  And it has really grown in popularity since they started it a number of years ago!

  Held over 4 days now, yesterday they had 6,500 people turn up and when we arrived at 10am the field car park was already filling up nicely so am sure they might beat that attendance figure today in the nice weather!

So many lovely plant sellers there showing off the huge variety of plants available, so I fail every year at only 'looking' and this year bought home 7 new plants that now need to be found space in the garden!  This Agapanthus, Queen Mum, was one of our favourite flowers on display so will be looking out for that in years to come and try to find a space for it in the garden somewhere!
