Smart outfits

Turning up just in time for the dress rehearsal of the Opening Ceremony, a closer inspection was required to discover the attention to detail Team Shieldbug Nymph (thanks C!) paid to his outfit.

With the Rio theme being ecology, diversity and joy, I'd say this fella fits the bill.
