Rescue

The eagle eyed G spotted that this cormorant had been caught up in fishing line. While trying to untangle it, we discovered it had a fish hook in its chest. So it was duly untangled, placed in a box and taken to the vet. The good news is all sorted and released back to the loch. Well done swimmers G and F.

And well done S who had her first swim past duck bay 3.5km, not too shabby before 8am!

Then home for a day with my nephew. Dog walking, cycling, baseball, general nonsense. Now knackered!
