Far from the madding crowds

St Ives is mega busy at the moment so we decided to head out of town and go for a trek along the coastal path. It was lovely along the coastal path. The sea was turquoise, the sky was blue and it was all very peaceful and tranquil.

When we got to an exceptionally scenic spot Ann made me jump up onto a rock and pose for my Blip. I looked even more adorable than usual and the view in the background was just amazing.

…............And then do you know what happened?............................. Ann's iphone refused to take any photos??? Would it take photos of me in mega gorgeous, mega scenic views mode? It would not!!! She pushed this button and that button and tried taking a photo in selfie mode but nothing worked.

That made Ann mega mad and all the time she was trying to sort it out, she kept saying, 'Molly stay'.

I had to 'stay' on a rock for ages and ages and ages.

Eventually Ann got fed up trying to sort it out so she said, 'Molly go play'. So I jumped off the rock, had a roll around on my back and then on the way home I ran into the horse field and had a lovely wallow in the old bath that they have in there.

And then when we got home, Ann switched her phone off and switched it on again, and now it's working perfectly. Grrrrrrrrrr....................

So the question is – should Ann upgrade her phone? For months now she's been wondering about upgrading to an iphone 6SE for two reasons:

1)  She's had her iphone 4S for almost 4 years now so it's probably a bit outdated, though it still does everything we want it to do usually. And she does like to be hip & trendy and keep up-to-date with the latest technological gadgets. Lol??!!
2)  The iphone 6SE is supposed to have a very good camera (and our proper camera has a smudgy mark on the lens that can't be removed), so all my blips tend to be 'snap & shoot' via the iPhone.
3)  OK I know I said she only had two reasons; but actually she's just thought of another reason........................ If she bought her new iphone 6SE from BT (because we have BT at home in St Ives) and went through all the hassle of moving the number from Vodafone to BT someone will have to help her to do that (no way does she want to change her number because she's had it for almost 20 years) she could get an iphone 6SE for £40 per month from BT which would give her 15GB of data. So then when we go and live in Edinburgh for 3-6 months over the winter, we won't have to pay to top up our 'Osprey Mini 2' thingy because we will be able to link the laptop & ipad to our new phone. And 15GB per month should be loads of data unless we spend loads of time on iplayer etc. She can always go to IKEA for free coffee/wifi and download EastEnders. Lol!!

Decisions, decisions – It's so hard to know what to do??? Edinburgh flat is now rented out for 5 weeks, without wifi connection, but the very lovely lady who has rented it obviously has some sort of connection to the internet 'cos she's emailed a couple of times from the flat.

Haven't a clue what to do.

PS – This Blip was taken of me before Ann's phone decided to play 'silly buggers'. Lol!!
