Botswana Sundowners

Well you weren't expecting to hear from me but it turns out there is WiFi in the reception and lounge area. So here are Jack and I having our first sundowner G&T after our afternoon safari drive. We saw a huge herd of buffalo, giraffes, impalas of various sorts, baboons, pelican, and fish eagles.

After dinner (communal and delicious) we went for a short night drive during which we saw one mongoose and a car in the distance!

This is a beautiful place, Muchenje Safari Lodge. Our chalet is so comfortable with a large outdoor viewing balcony. We have to be up at 5.30pm tomorrow for our morning drive and then we are off for a river cruise for the rest of the day..so off to bed.
