Dracula!

On Saturday most of our group went to Whitby to the Abbey as they were putting on a roaming Dracula play. The ruins are amazing in themselves and it does make me wonder what it looked like before Henry VIII dissolved it!

The play was really good and oh so funny. This was the actress interacting with my daughter who had spotted a prop mistake! The actors do very well to adjust to things the audience say but my daughter had one in stitches and apparently the girl in pink was more distressing than a crucifix!

We then wandered around Whitby but it was far too crowded. Loved the old streets and houses. The 199 steps were a killer on the calf muscles...
