Mountain farm

Backblip! Yesterday we cycled to a mountain farm called Ljøsnavollen, about 12 kilometer from the mainroad. Is was like going back several decennier, no electricity, two old ladies ran the place and served
food made on open fire. The had 25 cows and made an old traditional meal called "rømmegrøt". It is a porridge made of sour cream and use sugar and cinnamon on top.
On our way back we visited my second cousin who is running another mountain farm. I don't know if mountain farm is a correct word, but I could not find it in the dictionary. In the olden days people brought their cows, goats or sheep to a smaller farm highter up in the mountains.
