Half Marathon Training.

So, after a few days away it was back to MrsT and home today and I was working in the afternoon.

I haven't ran any distance runs for over two weeks and with the HM next Sunday I'm starting to get a wee bit nervous.

I went out tonight with a target of 10 miles and I hit 11.5 miles so happy with that.

My knees were starting to seize but I'm quietly confident for race day.

Also my time target of sub 2 hours looks achievable.
