In training #Day3 36 days

Lovely to see the flowers and basil coming along so nicely at our Newham nursery today. Last week they harvested and ate the potatoes. Next week the lettuce will be ready to pick and eat.

This evening made the plunge to get on my walking shorts and vest and 3 miles done.
