When A Man Is Tired Of St Paul's.....

Slightly misquoting Samuel Johnson here but I absolutely love St Paul's and never tire of visiting. Today was the first time I had done the full tour with my little girl. She did well to conquer all those steps and the view looking down from the Whispering Gallery. It was a gorgeous day yesterday which meant the views from The Golden Gallery were spectacular. I was also able to help out an American family who didn't get Roman numerals so were struggling to work out the dates on Sir Christoper Wren's Tomb. Made me feel a bit like Howard Carter. Finally always a little surreal to be drinking coffee in sight of and feet away from Admiral Lord Nelson's tomb.
