Combat

On this weekend our city Lappeenranta celebrates it's birthday and therefore lot's of happenings in our old town. This medieval combat sport act was one of shows. Great to follow, photograph and wonder how fighters were able to fight with 7,5 kg's helmets and 30 kg's armors. + heavy steel weapons. They really hit hard each others during fight games, hence they also got really sweaty on + 20 C.

The guy on the right hanging the yellow flag is Finnish Champion of 2016 in medieval combat sport.
