Colours

Went shopping for Stevens Birthday at The Fort this morning where they have a play area for kids. They have colourful railings round it. Didn't take too many shots as didn't want to look like I was taking photos of children!

The afternoon was spent on the sofa, and sleeping for over 2hrs after a bad night. Was awake quite a bit , with chest pains, breathing all wrong and feeling dizzy and sweaty. A few diazepam helped a bit but not much.
Some cutting this afternoon let me sleep and forget.
