It predates Photoshop©

I've been doing a spot of Shed-diving.

One of the things I found was box full of old photos and Postcards, some annotated, some not, some posted/received, some not.

This in one of the never posted ones, evidently bought "for the record"
I've been many a time and neither noticed, nor been aware of, this fact/legend.
I'm not claiming that nothing has been altered at all, but there is a tendency to believe things decades older than the internet and computers.
This, of course, means we'll have to go again and look more closely - just in case.

I've just seen a photo/Postcard taken in 1890, and there was a wee bush and Stairs even then.
