PICK-ME-UP

I feel as though I need one of these, especially by the end of each day when I'm struggling with energy and with some debilitating aches and pains that I wasn't expecting. I'm trying to be patient and not too disappointed that I'm not feeling stronger more quickly. There are plenty of blessings that must be counted.
