The early bird gets the worm
Drizzle again today, which was surprising given that we should have been basking in the glow of golden Olympic sunshine.
Tired eyes today after watching the Kiwi rowers fantastic effort last night.
I spotted two little birds on the lawn hopping around searching for worms, and didn't want to disturb them with the noise of opening a door or window to get some shots.
Cue crouching down on the laundry floor taking photos out the cat flap with the zoom lens.
I sometimes wonder what the neighbours think.
I have lots of shots of the little birds perfectly in focus (& in better position) , but this is one of the ones I got of a worm in the birds beak just before it was eaten, so this is today's blip.
