Friday - Way home

Up at 6 am for breakfast at 6:30h. Check out and taxi to Vienna Airport at 7:30 am.
At boarding I was again upgraded to Business Class! 2 in a row!
In Schiphol I had only a short layover of 50 minutes. However, no queues at the immigration and I had plenty of time to reach my gate.
At boarding I was again called out for an upgrade to Business Class! 3 in a row! Unbelievable!
The flight to Glasgow was a short one and I landed at 12:40 pm.
Being out first means first at passport control. Very nice.
And then even my case arrived with me! I did not expect being lucky again.
So I grabbed my case, phoned a taxi and got home at 1:30 pm. Just in time to say good bye to my friends.
They had hired a car for two days and disappeared in the Highlands while I was away. They had a great time and I hope they will be coming back soon.
It was lovely to have them around and it made us get out of town last weekend, which was good. We need to do that much more!!!
Once they left I walked quickly to the shops and got some more scallops for dinner and went back to work. I had a lot to catch up with.
Neil came home after 8 pm and we had a quiet evening after a good dinner.
