Fatoush salad.
With hummus and dukkah. Lunch today, using yesterday's leftover fatoush salad. ( one of the few salads that will last a couple of days even with dressing added).
I added some sweetfire beetroot and a few cubes of feta, then a sprinkle of dukkah.
