Ball boy
First up can I just say how ridiculous some of these sports are in the Olympics. Take Fencing - totally bonkers.
Much time has spent today, and will do in future, standing and rolling on a tennis ball. I am certain no one on this forum has ever noted that before.. with growing achilles issues linked to my constantly right calf muscles - and tough running ongoing - standing on a tennis ball helps to release pressure on the plantar fascia and ease the tightness higher up the leg.
My ball comes everywhere with me now...
