'The Bush BBQ'

Today was D's birthday party with his friends. It was a bush survival party and as part of that we had to learn how to make a fire and cook our lunch on it. The kids decided that it would be fun to toast the marsmallows at the same time as cooking the sausages. We also had Barbequed corns on the cob.

The rain kept away all day which was really fortunate and I think the kids all enjoyed their day of exploring, bushwalking, cooking and general playing.
