Mr Towed's Motor Car

Nice surprise after I came out of my meeting this afternoon: my car had disappeared from the bay where I'd parked it.

Unfortunately, the people responsible for twocking it were licensed by the Cooncil to do so. Yep, it seemed I'd heinously parked in a "Permit Holder" space rather than a "Pay & Display" one, and had been duly towed away.

The fact that I'd actually stuck a Pay & Display ticket on the windscreen (thinking it was a parking space) seemed to count for nothing.

So at the grille, I did SPEAK HERE as was suggested. And I spake thusly: "could I possibly have an appeal form, please? Thank you very much." Now I just need to get LL Cool Jim on the case...
