British Museum: Great Court

We went to the "Sunken cities: Egypt’s lost worlds" exhibition at the British Museum: it was excellent, although I personally found it more satisfying as an exhibition on Ancient Egypt than as an immersive experience about uncovered Egyptian lost worlds (i.e. the context was more interesting than the new stuff...).

I got to the museum early, so I wandered around the Great Court with my mouth open... The crisp light left the glass lattice ceiling casting superbly sharp shadows. My others shots are right from here.
